I am sorry for the mass email, but I have some sad news, Virginia has died, at the moment we don’t have many details other than the “official” cause of death was a coronary. We have lost another of our tribe.

Virginia Rose Melendy July 16, 1963 – October 15, 2008 Native of Marin County, long time resident of San Francisco. Virginia was a beautiful independent spirit. Survived by mother, Kathleen Melendy of Lafayette; father Richard Melendy of Sacramento; sister Maureen Melendy-Salman of San Francisco, brother Donald Melendy of Stinson Beach, brother Martin Melendy of Dallas, TX: and many more family and friends. Interment will be private.

Two apologies, I am sorry for the mass email and I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I received a call from Joe Dirt last evening letting me know that Bob Noxious died on Christmas Eve morning. I have only spoken with Joe, Libby, and Felix, but from what Joe said we will be doing some thing in his memory…

Another of our tribe is gone… with luck the new year will be better than this last one.

May the new year bring all you dreams come true.
